Our client engaged us for a concrete staining at a School Project in Sengkang (Singapore).
This project involves extensive off-form concrete walls and cylindrical columns. The existing surfaces exhibited multiple challenges:
Uneven surface
Uneven joint lines
Grinding marks
Visible repair patches

Limitations of Conventional Methods
Traditional staining techniques would not have resolved the underlying surface variations, making it nearly impossible to achieve a uniform, natural-looking concrete finish.

To overcome these challenges, we employed our “Marbling Method ”, a proprietary application system designed to:

This method enables controlled layering of silicate-based stains, producing a consistent and durable finish that cannot be achieved with conventional spraying or rolling.
📌 Before application, several essential preparation steps must be completed.
✅ Surface Preparation
1️⃣ Inspection & Repair – Check for cracks, voids, or imperfections and repair them if needed.
2️⃣ Surface Conditioning – Light sanding, or washing (depending on finish) to create the right texture for staining.
3️⃣ Surface Cleaning – Remove dust, laitance, and loose particles to ensure a smooth base.
